Joshua Ellis was an absolute godsend! On a Sunday, the day after 4th of July. Our coach stalled twice while on a highly busy freeway. We managed to get off the first available ramp and into a parking area of a gas station. Our call for emergency assistance, was directed to Joshua. (BTW, we had just purchased the class A coach two days earlier.). He replaced two fuel filters but shortly after departing our coach lost power and, again, we managed to coast into another gas station. Joshua returned promptly as it was a broken belt. Later, we realized the fuel filter housing needed to be replaced. Joshua searched everywhere on our behalf and had to order it to be shipped to him. After installing, we followed us down the road a few miles to make sure all was well….and it was! He even texted us the next day to make sure we got home safely. So, if you want/need a highly skilled diesel technician and person who truly cares to offer quality service and caring that exceeds your expectations, Joshua Ellis is your man!

If I had a chance to give 0 stars I would defenetly do that. First of all the mechanic that come to help was the rudest person I've ever seen before, secondly I was messaging with him to only check how much it will cost and how far away he was to calculate how much time I will lose by waiting him to come up and help. He come up and while he was checking the issue I was on the line with my brother and talking. Then he just come up without doing any work and telling me like I called him and when he arrived I started for lookin a cheaper mechanic, I was trying to explain him that I was on the line with my brother but he was standing hiw word and called a police saying that I don't want to pay 225$ for his callout and diagnostic, even though I didn't asked him to come up. I wasn't refusing to pay he's money but the way he behived himself is something really disrespectful and strange.

Josh was great, polite on time and good at what he does.he had me back on the road in 20 minutes. I had a connecting piece to my fuel filter break he Gerry rigged it up( it was 1130 at night so new parts weren’t an option) and I was riding pretty from savanna down to vero beach and all the way back to New Jersey where I live without an issue. I couldn’t suggest this guy enough.
